Frank was born July 21, 1945 in Fort William, Ontario and passed away at White Rock, B.C. on September 23, 2019.
He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Grace Coleman, and half sisters and brothers, Gwen, Edna, George and Cliff. He will be sadly missed and very fondly remembered by his brother Bob, and sister Vicky (Bob) Isbell. Also: nieces, Dawnya (Tim) Creed, (Kyruss, Darian, Rayne) and Laurie (Colin) Herbert (Kelsey, Arlen, Weston), and nephew Aaron (Karli) Isbell (Kobe, Nevada, Barclay).

A Celebration of Life will be held at Crescent Park Housing Society, Crescent Park, BC, on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1 pm in the social room.
