Born October 1, 1918 in Montreal, Quebec.
He passed away in Delta, British Columbia on November 21, 2005 at the age of 87.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Grace (nee Pardoe).
Frank was a WWII veteran who served with the R.C.E.M.E.
He was also a long-time member in the St. Andrew's Masonic Lodge in Montreal.
Also left to celebrate his life are his sons John (Elizabeth Pollack), Ernest (Sharon Lane), and daughter Pamela (Dominic Lianza); grandchildren DJ, Nealy, Erin, Matthew, Lea, Mark, Robyn and Peter; and one great-granddaughter, Charley.
The family would like to thank Dr. Brenda Hefford, Mary Read, and the staff in Alpine Meadows in Delta View Enrichmnent Centre who brought new life into his eyes.
Cremation and Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
