Long time resident and realtor in White Rock, Frank Babb passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on January 25, 2004 aged 83. A memorial service will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 14615 - 16th Avenue, White Rock on Friday, February 6th at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be appreciated by his family.
