Genevieve [Jennie] Madalena Harvey,age 86, passed away peacefully at the Peace Arch Hospital on December 7, 2016. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Barbara (Dave), son Darren (Tracy), grandchildren Edge, Jordan and Emma. Predeceased by her husband Bill and siblings Vincent, Don and Linda.
Jennie was born in Canada and grew up in the Italian community of East Vancouver. She was introduced to her husband by her brother Don in the early 1950's.
This great love between Bill and Jennie was the foundation for the family that they created together. Her love for her family was immense, unconditional and her home was always welcoming to all.
Jennies Celebration of Life will be at the Victory Memorial Park, 14831 28th, Ave.Surrey on Jan 6, 2017. Viewing at 12 noon and service to begin at 1 pm.
