It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Geoff on October 15, 2021. Geoff passed away peacefully in the comfort of his good friend Evelyn's home after a courageous 2 year battle with cancer.
He is survived by his children Michael (Chelsea) and Carmel (Chris); his 6 grandchildren Clair, Hazel, Dreden, Daven, Mia and Ivy; and his brothers Don and Steve.
Geoff had a successful career on the water, Captaining many vessels in the commercial fishing industry and completed his career at SeaBus. Geoff was widely know and respected for his kindness, generosity, dedication, knowledge and capability.
Geoff was an avid reader, enjoyed watching sports, playing golf, as well as travelling to Mexico, Hawaii and the Desert where he loved touching his toes in the sand with a drink in hand.
Geoff was a true gentleman, "one of a kind" who will be deeply missed by his family, nieces and many friends.
In keeping with Geoff's wishes there will not be a memorial service.
