George Clement Vague born at 63 W.12 Ave., Vancouver on March 7, 1911, passed away peacefully in the Peace Arch Hospital on October 4, 2002.
He leaves to mourn, his wife Bernice (of 62 years), his three daughters, Maedythe (Peter Martin) Georgina (Bruce Jolliffe), Betsy (Reinhard Abraham) and son, Ronald (Myra); six grandchildren and one great grandson, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on October 11, 2002 at Sunnyside United Church, 15639 - 24 Ave. at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Stuart Lyster will officiate. A reception will follow at the church.
Many, many thanks go to the doctors and nurses at the Peace Arch Hospital, the T.L.C. given by the Home Care Nurses and the Home Care Givers. Memorial gifts may be made to the Sunnyside United Church Building Fund, Peace Arch Hospital Foundation or the Cancer Fund.
