With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Gordon William Zelt on Nov. 24, 2019 at age 89. He is survived by his loving wife, Eileen, of 63 years, his four children (David, Ronald, Brian, Charlene), 13 grandchildren and brother, Harold. Gordon was born in Nisku, AB on Aug. 22, 1930. He graduated from UBC Engineering in 1953 and worked for Imperial Oil Ltd. for 33 years moving between Sarnia, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton before finally retiring in White Rock. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. A service for Gordon will be held at St. John's Presbyterian Church Nov. 30 at 1 pm.
