He went on to fly as a pilot for CP Air in 1951 retiring in 1982.
Harry was honoured with a Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2013. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 73 years, most recently at Branch 240 in Crescent Heights for the past 30 + years.
Harry had many adventures camping, canoeing and hiking, both solo and with his beloved family. He was a thoughtful and proud father of four children, Gene, Joan, Linda and Allan. His wife, Eileen, transitioned in 1995 and daughter Linda in 2018.
