Heather passed away peacefully at Nanaimo Hospital on June 6th after a lengthy fight with cancer. She will be sorely missed by her husband Rick of 31 years, her two children, Mark and Nicole, two grandchildren, and her two Brothers and families. Heather and her husband lived in White Rock for 30 years before moving to Parksville 3 1/2 years ago.
Heather loved the island life, exploring places, beach combing, collecting rocks, gardening and shopping.
She had a long sales career in the dental industry, then in real estate,and finally as a case worker for abused women.
Her incredible good sense, positive attitude, fantastic sense of humour, and her unforgettable laugh will be remembered always by all that knew her. She was the kindest person one can imagine.
