HAYDEN, Helen Myrtle
October 27, 1923 - October 1, 2007
Passed away peacefully at the Shirley Dean Hospice in Surrey with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Roy and Marie Shearer, sister Muriel Dipaulo, brother James Shearer, and long time companion Red (David) Sulllivan. She is lovingly remembered by her sons Kenneth (Edie) Hayden of Abbotsford BC, Gerald of Bowser BC, her grandchildren Carrie, Matthew, and Alysha.
Helen moved to White Rock 25 years ago and was active with the Sandcastle Bowling Center where she participated, organized, and assisted with many leagues and tournaments. She was also involved with the Golden Kiwanis and local branch of the Legion. She volunteered at Peace Arch Hospital and was a good friend to all who knew her.
At her request, no service will be held but friends will gather to celebrate her life and memory at a later date.
