With heavy hearts,we announce the passing of a beloved father and grandfather. Born in Scotland, Ian came to Canada at age 17. He later married the love of his life and best friend Lorraine (Lori). They had three children and eventually settled in South Surrey where Ian was a building contractor. Ian enjoyed time in Palm Springs and Osoyoos with Lori, family and friends. Predeceased by Lori (2008), Ian leaves behind their three children Duane (Julie) Ridding, Vicky Gastaldello, and Kelly Ridding, two grandchildren Joshua and Lara, sister Sheila and family, and dear friend Joan Miles.
