ZIEGLER, E. Isabel passed away in Surrey on Sunday, March 15, 2009. Isabel was born in 1916 in Glenwood, Manitoba. She is survived by her sister, Jean Burch of Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, nephews, nieces and many dear friends. She was a resident of Westminster House, Surrey for the past 3 years. No service at her request.
