Jack Creasy

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Jack Creasy announce his passing on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the age of 82.

Jack will be remembered by his loving wife of 56 years Joan (Taylor), his sons Ross and his partner Tina of Vancouver, and David and his wife Annette of Perth, Australia as well as his two grandchildren Kate and Beth of

Perth, Australia.

Jack was born in Lucky Lake, Saskatchewan, only child to parents Rae and Margaret. After moving to BC as a young boy, growing up in Vancouver and raising his family in Coquitlam, Jack and his cherished wife Joan settled in South Surrey. Jack adored his family and he leaves behind many good friends.

Please come celebrate Jack's life Saturday September 29th at 1:00 pm at Hazelmere Golf and Country Club 18150 8th Avenue, Surrey, BC.
