BELL, Jim. Passed away peacefully on Jan. 23, 2009. Survived by his wife, Lily, son Graham, daughter, Maureen and granddaughters Jen and Jaclyn. A private memorial service was held at St. John's Presbyterian Church. Our thanks to the caring staff at Finlay Care Unit.
