Joan Esme George died on June 8, 2019 in Toronto. Joan was born in 1926 in York, England, and was predeceased by her husband Ron George in 2003, and husband Wayne Linton in 1956.
She is survived by four children, five granddaughters and five great grandchildren. Joan enjoyed her years in White Rock, from 1980-2004, where she was active at St Mark's Anglican Church and at The Serendipity Shop.
A Memorial Service will be held in Toronto later this summer. Donations in her name may be made to St Mark's Anglican Church, Surrey.
