Born January 15, 1904 in Lincolnshire, England.
Passed away at Weatherby 1, extended care unit of Peace Arch Hospital on Febrary 4, 2005.
Jack was predeceased by his dear wife "Win".
He will be lovingly remembered by his children; John, Mike, Joan and Barb and their families.
A heartfelt thank you and sincere gratitude to the staff of Weatherby 1 for their compassionate care.
No service will be held by request.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
