John Thomas Quelch

Passed away peacefully on December 17, 2004 at Peace Arch Hospital at the age of 83 years.

John was born in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan on December 15, 1921.

He was predeceased by his son Jeffrey in 1991 and his daughter Janet Pierotti in 2002.

John is survived by Joyce, his wife of 55 years, his son Steven, daughter-in-law Deborah, son-in-law Larry Pierotti & grandchildren Jamie, Angela, Shannon, Stefanie, David and Anne.

Also survived by his sister Mary Lafferty of San Diego.

John served in World War Two, overseas with the RCAF. He married his wife Joyce on December 9, 1949, was admitted into The Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1953 and was one of the founding partners of Ellis Foster and Company.

He will be fondly remembered for his love and pride of his family.

He will be sadly missed by his family and many fiends.

Memorial Services were held at Victory Memorial Funeral Centre, 14831 – 28th Avenue, Surrey, BC, On Thursday, December 30, 2004 at 11:00 am.

The family would like to convey their thanks and gratitude to the staff of the G.A.T.U. ward at the Peace Arch Hospital for their kindness and compassion.
