"Everyone is entitled to my opinion"
We are so heartbroken to announce the passing of our dear mother due to complications from COPD. Mom was quite the force to be reckoned with, never holding back the first few thoughts that popped into her head. No amount of debate could change her opinion, and if we didn't like it, we could "get stuffed". She was such a compassionate, loving person, who loved to sing, draw and talk about the many boxer dogs she and dad had over the years. Mom loved her family fiercely, and in spite of her 5' tiny frame, nobody ever dared to challenge her.
Mom leaves behind her husband of 61 years Garry, her twins Randy (Gail) and Richelle (Paul), and 6 grandchildren, Hunter (Alex), Zak (Kailey), Riley, Lauren, Alyssa, and Parker (Jessica). Also left to mourn is her sister Susie (Pat), sister-in-law Rowna (Peter), brother-in-law Brian (Donna), along with their respective families.
We wish to thank Dr. Cooner for hanging in there with mom, and all the nurses, doctors, aides and staff at the Peace Arch Hospice where mom spent her last 11 days.
We love you and miss you so much mom.
No funeral as per mom's wishes.
