Ken Watkins

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Ken Watkins on Aug 17th, 2018.

Ken was born in Flin Flon, MB, only child to parents George and Agnes. After spending his childhood in Delta, BC stirring up trouble with his cousins, Ken and his cherished wife Merle eventually settled in South Surrey. Following Merle's passing in 2012, Ken kept himself busy with family, friends (including his dog Suzie), the Velocity channel, and his '46 Mercury.

Ken is survived by his children Michael (Jodi) and Alanna (Jim), and grandchildren Sterling, Evan, Keira, and Gavin.

Ken was a smart, talented, generous man. He was the type of guy who loved to help and would fix your car or just about anything else. He would do it happily and do it well. Ken will be sadly missed.

Please come celebrate Ken's life Monday, September 3rd at 12:00 pm at Hazelmere Golf and Country Club 18150 8th Avenue, Surrey, BC.

In lieu of flowers, take your car in for a tune up and hand wash - he would have liked that.
