Kenneth William Brown

Kenneth William, CGM, CD, and Bar., Squadron Leader RCAF (Ret.), of White Rock, B.C., died suddenly on December 23, 2002. He was born August 20, 1920 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He is survived by his loving wife Beryl of 57 years. Children Terry (Rosemary), Mason (Marg), David (Betty), Brock (Jeannie) and Lesley (Laird). Grandchildren; Heather, Shawna (Matt), Heidi, Sara (Kevin), Matthew, Holly, Shandel, Kaitlin, Spencer, Emily, Peter, Annie and Jenny. Brother Keg (Kathy) and sister Verna Hillcoat along with numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

Ken was well known as a Canadian War Hero for his role as a member of the famous 617 Dambuster Squadron.

A Memorial Service was held for relatives and close friends on Saturday, December 28, 2002. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, 15521 russell Ave., White Rock, B.C. V4B 2R4.
