Beloved daughter of Rose (Paynton) Taylor and (deceased) Norman Taylor, mother of Braydon Rogers and Kaitlyn Scrimes, sister of Brant Taylor (sp. Blanca Aguila) and Lisa Taylor-Holmes and friend of many, Laurena Norma Taylor of White Rock, BC, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by family and loved ones January 31, 2020.
Laurena had a great love for the outdoors enjoying hiking, camping, gardening and was an avid traveller. Laurena's joy of life was the time spent with her two children, her shinning lights, which gave her strength and endless determination to battle for many years. A mother always; she will forever be by their side.
Laurena will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. We have peace in knowing she is home with the Lord and by her father's side once again. When you think of Laurena celebrate the good memories you have of her and the laughter. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. "The eternal God is your refuge, and his everlasting arms are under you..." Deuteronomy 33:27
A Celebration of Life will take place at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Ave, Surrey, BC, Friday February 21st, at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Volunteer Cancer Drivers Society at volunteercancerdrivers.ca
