It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our devoted mother Lil who left us peacefully on September 27th, 2004 at the age of 63, after a short but courageous fight with cancer.
Predeceased by her husband Jim only three months ago, Lillian is survived by her son Jeff (Terrie); daughter Lynda (Ramstein); son Kelly (Christie) and grandchildren Anna; Jeremy; Jack and Laurel.
A White Rock resident for the past 39 years, she was born in Brandon, Manitoba and was the youngest sister of Sandy (Gwen) and Isabel (Bill) whose recent visit was the very best medicine.
Lil will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother of three (but surrogate to so many more) and playful Grandmother.
She will be greatly missed for her strength, humour and frank guidance.
Special thanks to the wonderful Palliative Care nurses/Care Aides at Peace Arch Hospital and the White Rock Hospice Society, of which Lil and our family found such great comfort.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in the family's name to the White Rock Hospice Society.
