The family of Peggy Mornan is saddened to announce her death on June 30, 2021 at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, B.C.
Peggy was born in Jamaica on June 9, 1929, and raised in Montreal. She was baptized at age 11 and was an active member of Baptist churches all her life. Peggy graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Nursing degree, and was a dedicated nurse in various hospitals in Jamaica, Victoria and Vancouver throughout her career. She retired in White Rock, B.C. in 1992.
Peggy was an active volunteer in her local church and community throughout her life. She was predeceased by her parents Geraldine "Birdie" and Charles Mornan, and leaves her younger sisters Barbara Bueckert and Ann Noble, and four nieces and nephews and their families to celebrate her life and mourn her passing.
