KUNTZ: At Peace Arch Hospital, January 13, 2009, Marie Lavina (Scheerer) passed away peacefully in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert William (1984). Predeceased by her daughter Roberta (Mueller) and son-in-law Dave Newton. Dearly missed by her children Richard (Donna-Lee), Sandra Newton, Sharon, and Debbie (Glen Nightingale), her grandchildren Jacqui, Paul, David Jr., Brigette, Trevor, Kim, Julie, David and Laura, and nine great grandchildren. The family is greatful for the loving care bestowed on Marie by the Fraser Health careworkers and the staff at PAH.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 23rd at 3:30 PM at White Rock Baptist Church, 1657 140th St., Surrey, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
