Marion Campbell of White Rock, B.C. passed away peacefully at Westminster House Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at the age of 95. Marion was born on January 22, 1907 at St. Andrew’s District, Wapella, Sask. Marion was a registered nurse and graduated at Moose Jaw Providence Hospital. She married Dr. Donald Cambell, May 29, 1943. Marion and Donald spent many winters in Palm Springs and Hawaii and enjoyed socializing.
Marion is survived by a sister-in-law, Elaine Cambell and brother-in-law Allister Cambell and sister-in-law Esther Morrison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Donald Cambell, October 10, 1983, her parents, John and Mary Morrison, four brothers, Dan, Alex, Ronald, Malclom and two sisters, Annie and Christie.
Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, White Rock, B.C. on Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services for the late Marion Campbell will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Church, White Rock, B.C. Commitment of the Ashes at Garden of Gethsemani, Surrey, B.C. on Friday, September 6, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations can be made at your favourite charity.
