Mary Christina (nee Smith), wife of Ernie Bolton, mother of Marilyn J. Banford, peacefully passed away Saturday, February 11th , 2006 at Peace Arch Hospital. She is also survived by her brother Perc in Toronto, along with many nieces and nephews. Mary was born in Toronto, and moved in the early 60's making White Rock her home for over 40 years. She would have turned 90 in June. She served for many years in the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, Eastern Star, and Nile.
Ernie still resides at Evergreen Nursing Home on Oxford Street and would welcome your visits. On Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at 3:00 pm, a Memorial Service will be held at her place of worship, St. Mark's Anglican Church 12953 - 20th Avenue in South Surrey. Reception following.
