After spending a beautiful Christmas at home with her family, Mary Elizabeth Shibley passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital after a brief battle with pneumonia.
Mary, Mo, Grammie was a beautiful soul with so much love for her family, nature and animals. As a retired nurse she was an extraordinary caregiver.
Mary is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Paul, children: Tania (Taras), Karen (Rob) and grandchildren, Olivia, Jonah, Abigail and Sascha.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA as Mary always wanted the animals to be cared for and loved.
We miss you Mom, and know you are at peace now.
