NAHIRNEY, Melinda V. passed away peacefully on February 8, 2008 at the age of 91 years. Melinda has been a longtime resident in White Rock since 1956. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by family and friends. Predeceased by her loving husband Alex Nahirney, she is survived by one sister Gladys Schell and nieces and nephews.
As one of Jehovah's Witnesses she was always ready to share her strong belief and hope of the earth being restored to a paradise free from sickness, sorrow and death (Rev, 21: 3, 4). Special thanks to the nurses of the Al Hogg Pavilion, Peace Arch Hospital, for their outstanding care and compassion during her last days.
A memorial service will be held on Wed. Feb. 13, 2008 at 7:30p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 14832-24th Ave, White Rock, B.C.
