February 14, 1925 - December 15, 2020
Muriel passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in South Surrey, B.C. She will be deeply missed by her surviving son Jeff. She will also be missed by her 6 grandchildren Ryan, Elise, Shawn, Corey, Greg, Rod and 7 great grandchildren. Muriel will also be missed by daughter in laws Lorraine, Janice and Elizabeth. Muriel was pre-deceased 9 years ago by Stanley Herbert (12/1/2011) 87, her loving husband of 66 years and sons Kenneth Glen (26/10/1991) 43 and Donald Arthur (7/1/1994) 46.
Muriel and Stan were residents of South Surrey for many years. Both enjoyed retirement and golfing with friends as active members of Nico Wynd Golf Course for 26 years.
Muriel will always be remembered for her kind and caring nature. Muriel enjoyed gardening, sewing and taking long walks with friends. A huge thank you to the staff of Westminster House for providing such wonderful care to Muriel over the last few years.
A celebration of life service will not be scheduled due to the recent pandemic.
