December 6, 1958 - March 11, 2019
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Nadine (Podor) Allworth on March 11, 2019 in Surrey, BC after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family and dear friends.

Nadine will be remembered by her children David, Emily, and Mary Allworth, and siblings Susan (Podor) Spindler (Greg Spindler), Patricia (Podor) Durocher, Beverly (Podor) Trinca, Thomas Podor, and Barbara Podor, as well as beloved nieces, nephews, and friends. She is predeceased by her parents Nandor and Angela (Hayes) Podor.

Nadine taught yoga to thousands of students and expectant mothers across the lower mainland, from various studios to her own living room. She instilled in her students the peace and positive energy of the yoga practice.

Nadine was a modern day Mother Earth who found pleasure in the simple, everyday things. She was a skillful gardener who grew abundant flowers and vegetables, and loved how it brought people together in connection with health and the earth.

Nadine was deeply connected to nature and enjoyed picnics with her family, spending time at the beach, and going for walks to take in the beauty of the lower mainland. She loved picking flowers, from her garden and elsewhere.

Most of all, she deeply loved and was dedicated to each of her three children, to whom she taught the beauty of nature, the bond of family, and the joy of a perfect batch of cabbage rolls.

"There are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart." - Gandhi
