ZIEGLER, Norma on January 26, 2009. Norma was born in 1918 in Souris, Manitoba. She is survived by her sisters Isobel Ziegler of White Rock and Joan Burch of Manitoba, nephews, nieces and many dear friends. She resided in White Rock for over 40 years. A memorial service will be held at St. John’s Presbyterian Church at 1480 George Street on Thursday, February 5, at 2:00 pm.
