Patricia passed away on June 19th with family members by her side in the Hospspice at Delta, Surrey, after a brief illness.
A much loved matriarch born with a life that spanned continents, she is survived by husband Glyn; children Siona, Nicola, Simon and Charlotte; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
