Patricia, aged 47 years, passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital Palliative Care after a long battle with cancer April 27, 2003. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Husband Al, son Richard, sisters Marjorie and Catherine, brothers Michael, Brian and Christopher. She will also be missed by her numerous nieces and nephews. While Patricia spent the last year living with cancer, it never dampened her courage and positive attitude. Her courage remains an inspiration to us all.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 1, 2003 at the Holy Trinity Church in White Rock at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the SPCA.
