Peacefully passed away at Peace Arch Hospital surrounded by his family.
Predeceased by his loving wife, Rosa in 2006.
Will be lovingly remembered by his children Jan (Catherine), Mary-Ann (Bruce) and grandchildren Cassie,Derek, Steven, Laura, Liz, Greg and Mark.
Peder also has as nieces and nephews (and their families) in Denmark who have come to spend time with him here in Canada.
Born & raised in Denmark, Peder and Rosa immigrated to Canada in 1955. He spent his career at Inland/Genstar Cement in Edmonton. They retired to South Surrey in 1988 where they enjoyed traveling, gardening and spending time with their family.
Peder will be most remembered for his positive, friendly and gentle nature.
Peder's family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Morgan Heights and Peace Arch Hospital for their compassionate care.
In the last 10 years, Peder also developed a treasured friendship with Helen.
Peder did not want a service however a Danish snaps toast in his memory would be appreciated.
