Peter, much loved husband of Irene (Reenie), passed away on Monday, February 23, 2004 at Peace Arch Hospital. Peter will be dearly missed by Reenie, his mother Maria, two sisters, Lena and Mary (Ted Hewlett), father and mother-in-law Arthur and Celina, brother-in-law Fern, and sisters-in-law Lea and Yvette. Peter was predeceased by his father George. Peter was born in Altona, Manitoba in 1948.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 28, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. (reception followed) at Victory Funeral Centre, 14831 - 28 Avenue, Surrey.
Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Charles King and hospital staff in palliative care for their care and compassion during Peter's illness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the B.C. Cancer Society, if desired.
