Died suddenly on December 14, 2006, aged 66. Survived by his wife, Sheila, and his family in England. Private cremation and no memorial service, at Phil's request. Donations in memory of Phil may be made to Peace Arch hospital Foundation, 15521 Russell Ave., White Rock, B.C., V4B 2R4
