April 9, 1922 - June 6, 2020
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother Phyllis, on Saturday, June 6, 2020 in White Rock, B.C. at the age of 98.
She is survived by her loving children: Heather Crane (Jim), Dolores McKenzie (Larry), Brent (Michelle); grandchildren: Ryan, Severin and Katie; great-grandchildren: Peyton and Jayme; sister-in-law Irene Rawson and nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by the love of her life George Rawson, parents Jack and Amy Greenfield, sister Evelyn Hamilton and brother Gordon Greenfield.
She enjoyed playing the bagpipes as a young girl, travelled to the World's Fair in New York in 1939 and in later life, took pleasure in going on numerous cruises around the world. All that knew her will miss Phyllis' warm personality, sense of humor and loving nature.
The family would also like to thank the wonderful staff at the Dr. Al Hogg Pavilion-1 for their care and compassion.
A private graveside funeral will take place at Victory Memorial Park.
