We regret to announce the death at Vernon Jubilee Hospital on May 9, 2003. Chad was born in Montreal, and was a long-time resident of the White Rock area prior to moving to Vernon five years ago. He was an avid reader, with a wide ranging knowledge of many topics. Chad loved kids and cats and was a complete gentleman. He was also a major sports fan and dearly loved the Montreal Candians and Expos as well as the Green Bay Packers. Chad is survived by a brother, Craig (Anna) in London, England; sisters Wilma (John) Hammill of Trumansburg, N.Y., and Nancy Norman of Scarborough, Ontario; nephews and nieces and extended family members. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Vernon Funeral Home, with Mr. Brian Jackson officiating.
