HIGGINS, Robert Terrance. Terry was born on January 27, 1929 in Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully on October 9, 2013 in White Rock, BC. He is predeceased by his wife Margaret. Terry is survived by his sister Alice and brother Doug (Terra). A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 2:00 pm with a Graveside Service to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens 14660 72 Avenue, Surrey, BC.
