Bob passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital with his wife Jean by his side. Bob was born in Calgary, Alberta and his family relocated to Burnaby, B.C. very soon thereafter. As a young teen he enjoyed working with his hands, from perfecting model cars and then progressing to enhancing his own cars. He commenced his working career in the heavy duty trucking industry as a salesman who was blessed with the gift of gab and a love of storytelling. Many great travel experiences were enjoyed between RV adventures and cruise ship excursions over a span of many years. After retirement at 65, eventually boredom set in and Bob decided to start a little seasonal landscaping delivery business called "By The Yard Delivery" in 2009 and continued through to 2014.
