Sharlene Marie Ell-Voeller

February 26, 2005

It is with great sadness that we say good-bye to our dear wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, Sharlene, who passed away suddenly on February 26, 2005 at White Rock, BC.

Sharlene will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Fred and her children Kole Phillip and Miah Mae.

She is the beloved daughter of Phillip and Josephine Ell, adored sister of Calvin (Patty), Marilyn (Arnie) and James (Laura), special Aunty to her nieces and nephews and friend to many.

Sharlene will also be forever remembered by her mother-in-law, Marjorie Voeller and her sister-in-law Colleen (Michael) and brother-in-law Todd (Stephanie).

Sharlene was predeceased by grandparents Rochus & Luvella Ell and Adam & Berga Fettig and her father-in-law, Mike Voeller.

Sharlene was born October 5, 1962 in Taber, Alberta and grew up on the family farm near Grassy Lake, Alberta.

She graduated from St. Michael School in Bow Island and then went on to get her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Lethbridge.

Fred and Sharlene were married July 9, 1988 and shortly after they moved to White Rock, BC, where she resided until passing.

Sharlene worked at various jobs over the years, including Softball City until the birth of their children.

Sharlene was a very loving, caring and devoted wife and mother. She was the heart of her family home where she looked after not only Fred and their children, but also her 'adopted family' of Craig and Corey.

She will be greatly missed by her loving family and her many, many friends.

Relatives and friends were invited for Prayers at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Bow Island, Alberta on Friday, March 4, 2005 at 7:30 pm. The Funeral Mass was held at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Saturday, March 5 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Joe Tom Kalathilparmbil Celebrant.

Interment followed in the Assumption Cemetery, Grassy Lake, Alberta.

Forever in Your Heart

When you speak of Sharlene,

speak not with tears

For thoughts of her should not be sad

Let memories of the times

you shared give you comfort

For her life was richer because of you

And though now she has had to part

Though to part she did not choose

She'll be with you along life's path

Forever in your heart
