DEMERY, Stanley. 1927 - 2014. Stanley Demery was born February 14, 1927 in Manitoba and passed away peacefully on January 31, 2014 in White Rock. Stanley was predeceased by his parents, Nick & Anne, his brothers Merlin, Ernie and Raymond, as well as his first wife Ivy and son Curtis. He is survived by his loving wife Violet, and his children Belinda, Marilyn and Brian. Also his brother Emil living in Winnipeg, along with 4 grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews across Canada and the U.S. Since he was a young boy, Stanley put faith and hope in the words of the Bible. He was an active Jehovah's Witness until his death. He loved to talk about the scriptures and his belief in a resurrection to life in paradise on earth. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 7pm at the Kingdom Hall located at 24th Ave & 148th St., Surrey, BC.
