Thomas passed away on February 11, 2022 in Surrey, B.C. He is deeply missed and lovingly remembered by wife Karen, sisters Frances and Julie and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tom was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia in 1945. He moved to B.C. as a young man seeking new horizons. Tom worked through a number of professions in his life, but teaching high school and tax preparation are where he had the most impact on people.
Tom enjoyed sports, hiking, cycling and kayaking. He liked a good laugh or argument and didn't suffer fools gladly. Tom was a good and kind man.
