It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Tom on Saturday, June 25, 2016.
He was a popular school principal in the districts of Surrey and White Rock for 35 years. He will be greatly missed by his surviving children Julie (Leighton), Perry (Val) and Jennifer (Shawn), his partner Faith and her children Deborah, David and Jennifer, his sister Mary (Ed), granddaughters Chloe and Beatrix, nephew and niece Martin and Leslie.
His love of jazz, cycling, sports, travel and the White Rock community kept him active into his 80’s.
The family would like to thank the staff of the ICU at Peace Arch Hospital in particular Duncan as well as Rev. Craig Tanksley from St. Mark in Ocean Park.
We will be celebrating Tom’s life with a gathering of family and friends at a later date.
