The Baecker family would like to honour a great woman. Departing peacefully in her sleep, after a courageous battle with cancer, and with her loving and loyal sister, Elke at her side, Ulli moved on. Her loving husband, Horst and sons, Christian (Marissa), and Oliver (Megan) survive her. Her impact on her nephews, Fred and Stefan will be missed. Her grandchildren Austin (17), Aaden (15), Emma (6) and Tate (18 mos.) will carry her spirit in their hearts forever. Thank you to her closest friend, Gail Strauch, for her love and support during Ulli's battle and to the end. A special thank you to the nursing staff of the palliative care ward at Peace Arch Hospital. You made her transition dignified and peaceful.
