ATKINSON, VERNON A. We are sad to announce that Vern passed away on March 14th, 2008 unexpectedly at the age of 69. He leaves behind many family and devoted friends spread from the east to the west coast. Vern is survived by his loving wife Heather, three children Warren, Christine (Ron), and Mark (Luxia). Grandchildren Caitlyn, Sarah and Ryan. Brothers, sisters. His passion was boating and walking on the beach with his dog (Bailey). Past Member and Commodore of the Crescent Beach Yacht Club for many years. We will miss you always and never forget the positive affect you had on all of our lives and the lives of everyone you touched. We love you eternally. May the morning waters be calm and the sunsets spectacular. In lieu of flowers please donate to the SPCA. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on March 22nd, 2008 at St. Dunstan Anglican Church, 3025 - 264th Street, Aldergrove BC.
