It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our Brother, Victor Welch. Vic passed away at Peace Arch Hospice after a battle with Cancer. He is survived by his Children Erin, Victor, Chad and Jared; as well as his siblings, Larry, Louise, Lloyd, Launa and families.
As a long time resident of White Rock, Vic loved the beach and his presence will be missed around town. He is at peace now. Our family would like to express gratitude to the Nurses, staff and volunteers at Peace Arch Hospice for the exceptional care and attention that was shown to Vic and our family.
There will be a celebration of life for Vic in the spring of 2020.
