Wallace "Jay" Jacobs passed away peacefully January 8, 2018 at home at the age of 89 years.
Lovingly missed by his family, loving wife of 60 years Conchita; son Richard; daughter Denise (Doug); and 5 grandchildren.
Memorial service to be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 13, 2018 at The Parish of Saint George, 1480 George St. White Rock.
