Peacefully passed while visiting daughter in Uxbridge, Ontario on July 19th, 2004 at the age of 77.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Janet, and children Debbie, Lisa, Wally, Eva, Bonnie and 8 granchildren, also his sister Sonia Roberts & brother Thomas Kozakow and their families in Quebec.

There will be no visitation period or funeral service held. An interment will take place at Victory Memorial Park in Surrey, British Columbia on a later date.
