Age 34 years, passed away tragically on July 17, 2004.
Wayne was a longtime dedicated mechanic at White Rock Sports and Imports
He is survived by his wife Jodie (nee Crowle) his children Joshua, Brandon and Courtney, his parents Bart and Irma Blaak, brother Jason Blaak and Jen, his parents-in-law Steve and Cheryl Murray, brother-in-law Shane & Michelle and their children, also many other family members.
He was a devoted husband, father, brother, son and friend.
A Memorial Service was held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 - 28th Ave., Surrey.
Donations can be made to a trust fund which will be set up for his children's education.
